Great Christmas Gift
Bought this for my Nephew...apparently it was the big hit under the Christmas tree. Three kids (8, 6, and 3) played with this one toy all day long.
Diego Rescue Pack
My 4 year-old son wanted this toy so badly and does really like it, but it didn't have the suction cup climbing tools that Diego uses in the cartoon. The doors don't stay shut very well and the launching flairs are difficult to load into the launcher without a parent. The walkie talkie also doesn't stay in its spot inside the pack. It's pretty expensive for how it's put together. But my son still loves it.
Adventure Fun
My 3 year old loves this toy. The day she got it she wanted to go to the park to have an adventure like Diego. She will play with it indoors, but mostly whenever she hears we are going to go to the park she pulls this out and opens it up to see what kind of animal is in trouble so she can take her rescue pack to the park and save the animal. I wouldn't consider this an educational toy because it doesn't teach anything about the animals, but it really gets my child's imagination going.
