User Reviews about Triangle Bouncer
Nice cure for cabin fever!
We've been stuck inside for weeks because of snow and cold weather. The triangle bouncer was just what our kid needed to blow off some steam! I was concerned about ordering one as I thought it would be too big. We live in a very small house without a basement. It's the perfect size - not humungous but not tiny...good for one or two kids. The triangle shape helped it fit nicely in our living room...with some room to spare.
I don't find the blower very loud at all. No louder than a window AC unit - just sounds like a fan.
It appears to be made well - time will tell.
Overall, we are very happy - helps the kids get some exercise and saves me a 45-minute trip to the nearest bounce zone!
Bouncing Baby Boy!
First off, this thing is ENORMOUS! :) The product dimensions Amazon lists are the box size, NOT the actual product size.
It's 92" long x 108" wide x 67-1/2" high. We tried setting it up in our living room, hoping to cure a bit of the cabin fever running rampant through our house. It barely fit, even with the furniture pushed tight against the walls. Next time, I'll try putting it in the basement; or wait until warmer weather & take it outside.
The continuous air blower is loud, but not deafening. I'd say it's comparable to an electric leaf blower. However, we did put a pair of junior earmuffs on him, just to be safe. I don't think you'd need hearing protection outside, in the open air; but I'm not a doctor or an audiologist. Just a mom trying to strike a balance between being safe and being overprotective. Sometimes, it's a fine line.
The description says it's for ages 3 & up, but our 18-month-old had a blast running around & jumping to his heart's content. And the material is a decent quality, so hopefully our little maniac can use it for a few years without any tears or punctures. In any case, we're going to have a "socks only" policy for our terrible toddler & his bouncing buddies.
All in all, I'm happy I bought it. It's more convenient than running to the nearest inflatable playcenter whenever your little ones need to blow off some steam.
